This policy explains what ReviewMark Co. ("we") collects when you visit reviewmarkco.com or order from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, shipping address, Google review link, logo files, and design choices.
Payment: handled by Stripe. We see the amount, the last four digits of the card and the billing details Stripe shares with us. We never see or store your full card number.
Email: messages you send us, and our replies.
Business contact details: if we emailed you first, we found your business email on your public website or listing.

To design, make and ship your order, and to email you about it (proof, questions, shipping).
To answer your messages.
To keep business and tax records.

Stripe, to take payment.
Our print partner, which receives your design and shipping address to make and ship your stands.
Our form and email providers, which store the details you send us.

If we contacted your business by email and you'd rather not hear from us, reply "stop" or write to [email protected] and we'll take you off our list.

Stripe's checkout pages use their own cookies to run payments safely.

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
